This is an intricately carved shrine of Nritya Ganpati, the 15th of the 32 total forms of Lord Ganesha. The idol at the centre is complimented by two apsaras on each side, which are referred to as celestial maidens and divine dancers in Hindu mythology, both these sculptures depict vivid gestures and expressions. The entirety of the shrine is adorned in ivory and gold details adding a layer of sophistication and luxury. The base of the shrine is supported by 4 elephants, this is inspired by Ashtadiggajas which within Hindu Cosmology represent holding up the Earth and maintaining its stability and also representing the four cardinal directions. Lastly, to provide more context, the main sculpture within the temple is Nritya Ganesha a form of Lord Ganesh which is depicted as a Divine Dancer, it oftentimes symbolises artistic expression, creativity, and the celebration of life.
